How to Manage Your Account
Manage your account from anywhere, 24/7, by enrolling in online account management using your name, account number, last four digits of your Social Security number and zip code.
Need your account number? You can find it on the top right portion of your monthly billing statement or call your branch.
If you don’t already have an online account, you’ll need to first enroll at OMF.com/enrollments/new-account as stated above.

How to Make Payments
Make a one-time ACH or debit card payment at OMF.com/Make-Payment
Have your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account on the reoccurring schedule you choose – monthly, semimonthly or biweekly. Log in to your online account to enroll.
Call Customer Service at 888-866-7287 to pay by ACH or debit card. Or, use our automated phone system at 800-290-7002 and follow the prompts to make a one-time payment (see terms below).1

By using the automated phone service and providing the last 4 digits of your social security number, you authorize OneMain to electronically debit your bank account and, if necessary, electronically credit your bank account to correct erroneous debits. OneMain has teamed up with PayNearMe so you can make a cash payment at participating retailers free of charge. First contact your branch so they can send you a personalized payment code. Bring that code with your cash payment to a CVS®, 7-Eleven, Casey's General Store® or Family Dollar location. Remember to call these retailers before you visit to confirm they are open.
