Making Loan Payments

• How can I make a payment?

  Choose from three easy ways to pay:

  1. Pay online.

  • Home improvement loan customers: log in here.
  • Former Sunlight customers: log in here.

  2. Pay by phone.

  • Home improvement loan customers: Call 888-862-3039.
  • Former Sunlight customers: Call 888-862-6037.

  3. Mail a check.

  • Send it to the P.O. box mailing address listed on your monthly billing statement.

• When is my first payment due date?

  Your first due date and monthly payment amount are included in your Welcome Letter.

  If you haven't received it already, your first statement summary which includes your payment due date will be sent by email approximately 20 days before your first payment is due.
