Jeannette "Jenny" Osterhout
Executive Vice President Chief Administrative Officer
Jenny Osterhout is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at OneMain, a role she assumed in January 2020. In this role, she manages enterprise initiatives and oversees multiple departments, including Transformation & Project Management and the Office of Customer Care.
Before joining OneMain, she was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon, where she spent five years in various positions, most recently as CFO for Investment Management, Head of Corporate Development, and Head of Strategy and Planning and Quality Management for Client Service Delivery. Previous to her time at BNY Mellon, she worked in McKinsey & Company’s financial services practice in both the United States and Latin America.
Jenny graduated from Columbia University’s SIPA School of International and Public Affairs, with a master’s in international affairs. She also holds a joint Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Comparative Studies from Duke University.
